Can I use a dial-up connection?
No, Miracle VOIP service requires a high speed internet connection.
Can I use the service in my country?
Miracle VOIP Service generally works well from anywhere across the world. However, some Internet Service Providers specifically block VOIP. Please contact our support if you face this problem.
Is a Computer required to use your service?
No. Your Miracle Telecom service works independently from your computer so a computer is not necessary. However, with a computer you can access your Online account, view your calling detail and Invoice, contact customer service, request changes in service, and listen to voice mail messages.
Can I call any numbers using VoIP?
Yes, you can call any PSTN number or mobile number using an VoIP connection. VoIP is no different than traditional telecommunications.
Can I use my own number?
Yes,you can port or transfer almost all the numbers over to our service ranging from cell phone numbers,land lines,and other VoIP numbers.
How long does it take to port a number?
The average time to port a number is 2-5 weeks. Miracle Telecom cannot provide an exact date for completing your port request.
Can I use my own VoIP device that I have from another VoIP Provider?
Most VoIP providers which insist on supplying VoIP device lock the device so it only works with only their service. Some of the VoIP Providers know locking their devices are Vonage, Sun Rocket, Comcast, Verizon. If you have access to admin configuration of your VoIP device you most probably can use it.

What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all credit and debit cards through Paypal and Google Checkout.
Is it safe to enter my credit card information online?
You can safely enter your entire credit card number and other personal information via your secure Online Account, which encrypts all submitted information.
How do I see my billing activity? How do I get my Invoices?
- Login to your Online Account here.
- Click on "Billing & Credit Card Info".
- Click on view invoice to see and print your invoice.
How do I change credit card information online?
- Logon to your Online Account here.
- Click on "Billing & Credit Card Info".
- Enter your new credit card information and billing address.
- Click on "SAVE" button.
Do you mail me a monthly paper invoice?
Miracle Telecom does not send invoices via postal mail. Invoices are emailed to your registered email address every month. In addition, all invoices can be viewed online from your secure online account.
Where can I find information on International calling rates?
Call rates can be found at Rates Page.
Can I change between rate plans?
Yes, you can change to a different rate plan at any time. If you wish to change to a higher priced rate plan the difference in price between your current rate plan and the new higher priced rate plan will be charged. If you are changing to a lower priced rate plan, the change will only occur at the end of your current billing cycle.
