Anonymous Call Block
This feature allows you to block incoming calls without a Caller ID. You may choose to either reject the call or send it to voice mail.
Automatic Call Back
Need to Reach Someone Who's Line's Always Busy?
Automatic Call Back allows you to place a call to the last number dialed whether the call was answered, unanswered, or busy. You may make calls and receive calls normally while Automatic Call Back is active.
Activate Automatic Call Back
Pick up the receiver, listen for dial tone and press *66.
Deactivate Automatic Call Back
Pick up the receiver, listen to dial tone and press *86.
Call Filter
Call Filter feature gives you the power to control the flow of incoming calls This feature allows you to filter or redirect incoming calls based on certain criteria. You can choose to route a call originating from a particular number or a call matching a wild card pattern to Voice Mail, Find Me & Call Forward module or reject the call with a busy tone. The number of filters that can be configured are unlimited.
Call Forwarding
Away from home or out of the office? Forward all of your calls to any phone number you want.
Miracle Telecom Broadband Phone Service comes equipped with a powerful call forwarding system. You can choose to forward calls to any other number based on certain conditions -
- Always
- When Busy
- When no one answers on your Main Number.
- When VOIP Adapter is offline due to internet issues (Also called Failover)
You can configure call forwarding features from your online account. This feature is offered free of cost. A per minute charge will be applicable for every forwarded call. The rate is determined by the calling plan of the Miracle Telecom Number.
Call Return
Couldn't Get to the Phone in Time?
You can automatically dial the last caller's number. Simply pick up the receiver, listen for dial tone and Press *69 to dial back to the last caller that tried to reach you.
Call Waiting
Never Miss an Important Call
Call Waiting alerts you to incoming calls while you're already on a phone call. This feature places your first call on hold while you answer the second incoming call.
How to Switch Between Calls
While you are on the phone, a beep tone alerts you of another incoming call. If you have Caller ID, the second phone number will display on your Caller ID device. To accept the call, press the flash button or switch hook on your phone. The first call will be place on hold while you answer the second call. Pressing the flash button or switch hook on your phone again will return you to the first call. Unanswered calls will forward to your voicemail.

Caller ID
Know who's calling before you answer your phone
Caller ID information displays on your Caller ID device as your phone is ringing so you can identify the caller before you answer your call. All you need is a telephone with built-in Caller ID capability and a display or an external Caller ID box with a display.
Caller ID Blocking
Hide Your Caller ID From Anyone You Call
Use this feature when you want to block your own outgoing Caller ID information whenever you choose. Simply dial *81 prior to dialing your called party to enable this feature for each call.
If you would prefer to permanently block your caller ID, press *67. To turn your Caller ID back on, press *68.
How to Block your Caller ID
(per call):- Pick up the receiver
- Listen for the dial tone and press *81 before you dial the number
Custom Ring back Tones
Assign a ringback tone that will be played back to anyone who calls you. You can choose the ringtone that will be played to the caller depending on the caller's number.
Find Me Forwarding
Forward your number to up to 10 different phone numbers.
Find Me Forwarding lets you forward your number to up to 10 phone numbers. You can ring your numbers simultaneously or create your own ring sequence. Wherever you are, your Miracle number can follow you.
Online Access
Set up to 10 forwarding numbers from within your online account management area. Choose any phone numbers including international, domestic, mobile, and VoIP numbers. Activate and de-active your forwarding with a click of the mouse.
Ringing Modes
Flexible ringing modes allow you to prioritize your numbers.
Simultaneous Ring: With simultaneous ring, all your forwarding numbers will ring at the same time. The first line that picks up answers the call.
Custom Ring Sequence: Create your own ring sequence by defining when each number will ring and how long each will be allowed to ring for. This lets you prioritize your forwarding numbers using a sequential or overlapping call pattern.
Ring Your Miracle Phone
You can choose to ring your Miracle phone in addition to your forwarding numbers, giving you the flexibility to roam between your service location and anywhere else at a moment's notice, without having to update your settings.
Voice Mail
If none of your phones answer the call, you can direct the caller to your voice mail box.

Three Way Calling
Conference Calls Made Easy
This convenient feature allows you to have a conference call with two other parties at different phone numbers. You can initiate calls to both parties or add another party to an established call. Each call is treated as a separate call for billing purposes There is no additional charge for making a Three-way Call, but if you are calling internationally you're call will be billed based on that country rate. To Place a 3-Way Call:
- Dial your first party as you normally would
- Once connected, press the flash button or switch hook on you phone and dial the second party
- Once the second party is connected, press the flash button or switch hook again and you're all connected

Voicemail
Get Your Messages by Phone, Email, or Web
Never miss a message with our Voice Mail services. When you're not available, calls will be forwarded to your own personal voice mailbox. When you have new voice mail, you'll be alerted by a stutter tone when you pick up your telephone receiver. Once you retrieve your new messages this tone will return to normal. You may also be notified by a visible message waiting indicator on your phone or by an email notification. Retrieving your messages is easy. Dial your Voice Mail access code and select the retrieval option presented to you. You can change your greeting and customize other features from within the voice mail management menu.

- Once you login the auto-attendant will guide you through the remaining prompts
From Any Phone:
- Dial your phone number
- When you hear the prompt to leave a message, press * (star key)
